Texas Finswimming Association Teams Honors All State Finswimming Team Links Records News WSAG-2006 Photos Results

The 5th Annual Rayburn Aquatic Carnival in 1999 was a high school competition that included finswimming and conventional swimming events.

An "open" finswimming invitational with all age groups competing against each other.

The Gulf Coast Gold Cup III Finswimming Invitational was held Decemvber 13, 2000 at Southmore Natatorium in Pasadena, Texas. The meet was hosted by the Finswimming Association of Southeast Texas (FAST) and the Texas Finswimming Association. The meet saw many good times, with8 new meet records and 6 new Texas State Finswimming records.

The 4th Annual Texas State Finswimming Championships held at Southmore Natatorium in Pasasdena, Texas in 2001.

The 5th Annual Texas State Finswimming Championships held at Southmore Natatorium in Pasasdena, Texas in 2002.
The 2006 Texas Open Finswimming Invitational was held on April 20, 2006 and was the last opportunity for finswimmers to make times before the 2006 Texas State Championships.

The 3rd World-Scholar-Athlete Games were held at the University of Rhode Island on July 27-30, 2001 with finswimming being a part of the swimming competition. Six finswimming events were contested, with the United States having all the competitors.

The 2004 Gulf Coast International Finswimming Invitational was held on May 5, 2004 at Southmore Natatorium in Pasadena, Texas. It also served as the 2004 Texas State Finswimming Championships. The United States, Mexico, Russia, Canada, Germany, Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Hondurus were represented. 

The 2005 Gulf Coast International Finswimming Invitational was held on May 11, 2005 at Southmore Natatorium in Pasadena, Texas. The United States, Lithuania, Mexico, Spain, Canada, Ireland, Columbia, Belize, Belguim, Scotland were represented. 
The 5th World-Scholar-Athlete Games were held at the University of Rhode Island on June 28-July 1, 2006 with finswimming being a part of the swimming competition. Six finswimming events were contested, with the United States, Lithuania, France, China, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Great Britian, Barbados, and the Netherlands Antilles being represented.

The 2000 World Finswimming Championships were held in Palma de Majorca, Spain. The United States sent three men, one woman, two coaches, one Head of the Delagation, and one manager. All links for the results are inactice at this time. As soon as we find an actice link, we will add it to this post.
